Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but we kindly request minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. If you are unable to provide this notice, there will be a $25 charge for the first instance, and a full charge will apply for any subsequent occurrences. This policy ensures that our reserved appointment times can be offered to other clients, and allows practitioners to be fairly compensated for their time.
